What is the cut off time?
Orders placed & paid by 12 o clock. Please note that couriers only operate on weekdays, and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
What is the best delivery option?
If you would prefer to have your parcel delivered to a collection point – your local post office – this is possible, and your parcel will still be shipped for overnight delivery, using Speed Services Couriers. You will receive a tracking number, which you then simply present at your local post office counter to have your parcel handed over. This means you can collect at your leisure too. Simply add this in the ‘notes’ section on checkout.
Just to be safe we want you to know that orders may take between 24 and 72 hours.
Who will collect my parcel if I am away?
No problem at all, we have thought of it all…
You simply inform us of your preferred delivery date by making a comment in the ‘notes’ section at checkout.
How to place an Order?
Shop online & simply add items to your basket, proceed to checkout, complete the details required & submit. Alternatively you can also email your order/s through to: email@example.com
Where is my Order?
You can track your order progress on your profile on our website using your self-created login details, or using your unique order number. Alternatively feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any queries.
I want to pay by credit card – is this possible?
Yes of course, we use Paypal as our gateway which is a safe, reliable choice. Your details are not stored by us in anyway, and you don’t even need a Paypal account to make payment. Once your order has been placed, a separate email is sent to you with your unique payment link.
I don’t have a credit card – can I pay some other way?
Of course! You can pay with a debit card too (select credit card on checkout & you can pay using your debit card once you receive your unique payment link), alternatively you can pay by EFT or direct cash deposit at the bank. Always use your order reference though so we can trace your payment back.
In all instances we strive to deliver parcels on time and within the time frame given based on the delivery option selected upon checkout. If your parcel has not arrived, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com to make us aware of the problem & we will look into it for you.
We ship with a well-known and trusted courier company, or the South African Postal Service. Please note that couriers do not operate on weekends.
On dispatch of your order, you will receive an email providing you with all the details of your order, estimated delivery time and relevant tracking number/ s. If you have selected the Door To Door option, the customer-care line and website to track your order will also be supplied. For Ordinary Mail, you will be able to track your parcel on the South African Post Office website at www.sapo.co.za. ALL orders receive a tracking number. If you selected Ordinary Mail, your parcel will be delivered to your local post office, you can wait until a slip indicating arrival of the parcel if posted to your P O Box, or you can provide your post office with your tracking number as soon as you know it has arrived – at the post office (by checking your parcel delivery status at www.sapo.co.za).
Can you wrap a gift for me?
Of course we can! Simply include your request in the ‘Notes’ section when placing your order online and we will gladly wrap the gift for you or your loved one.
How will my order be packaged?
Discretion is our middle name at Deeper Love, so fear not! All parcels are bubble wrapped for safety and then covered in non-descript brown packaging paper. No one can see inside your parcel, nor will the waybill or sender address provide any clues as to the contents therein.
