We will never sell or provide your details to a 3rd party.


Our Call Centre & Processing department operating hours are : Monday to Friday, open 8am to 4.30pm. Orders placed outside of these times are processed the very next working day (ASAP of course). The same departments are not open on Public Holiday’s and orders placed will be processed on the very next working day.


Order times and processing
At Deeper Love orders are processed within 8 working hours after receipt thereof.  Orders are ONLY processed if payment in full has been received. Your order will be dispatched and delivery time will then be based on the postage option selected. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. You can login and view your order and order notes at any stage on www.deeperlove.co.za

Postage & Delivery – *FREE Delivery
Deeper Love will only use plain brown or black wrapping & boxes with no reference to the contents inside for all orders placed; it is discreet for your privacy and peace of mind.

Only a return postal address and your delivery address will be found on the waybill, there will be no company name listed. Our shipping method is very discreet, so not even the delivery person will know what is inside the box!

We ship well known and trusted courier companies, or the SA postal service.
When placing an order with Deeper Love, you will be prompted to select a postage category. You cannot place an order without selecting a postage option.

Please note that couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays. If you would like delivery on a weekend, please contact us directly for a quote.

These are the postage options you may chose from:

  • FREE DELIVERY (Free Overnight  delivery applies to all orders over R650 – shipped with Aramex Express, to your door. Orders placed & paid by 12 o clock, will be shipped same day for delivery next working day.Note that couriers only operate on weekdays, and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.)
  • Overnight to Post office (collect at post office counter *cost incurred if under Free Delivery minimum)
  • Door to Door Courier – (delivery overnight to the delivery address specified *cost incurred if under Free Delivery minimum).

Whilst all Door to Door deliveries require signatures on receipt, we strongly suggest a physical address and Door To Door option to be taken for orders of a high value.

If required, you may select to take out insurance on the order at your own cost.
Please contact us should you wish to explore this option.

On dispatch of your order, you will receive an email providing you with all the details of your order, estimated delivery time and relevant tracking number/s. If you have selected the Door To Door option, the customer care line and website to track your order will also be supplied.
ALL orders receive a tracking number.

Please contact us directly should you wish to have your parcel posted outside of South Africa. We can offer this service, but the postage pricing varies according to region, country and parcel size.


When placing an order with Deeper Love, you can choose to pay via EFT , direct deposit or by Credit / Debit card. Please ensure when paying by EFT or Cash Deposit that your use your Order Number as a Reference and your Name.

Where a customer has selected to pay by Credit/Debit card, a separate email with a secure Paypal payment link for the order will be sent to you. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account in order to make payment.

In all instances, orders are not processed or dispatched until payment therefore has been received.


Return Policy
The provision of products by Deeper Love is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, Deeper Love will refund the client in full after 30 days. In such cases should the client wish to voluntarily cancel their order before the 30 days are up, a 15% administration fee will be levied.

Due to the nature of our products, heath regulations all of our products are non returnable unless they have a manufacturers defect.
Our reasons for this are simple: Many of products are shipped in the usual high quality, professional packaging but its sometimes impossible to tell if a particular products packaging has been opened, used or tampered with. We will therefore not risk the predetermined health and safety standards by accepting returned goods – regardless of whether or not a claim states that the product has not been used or opened.

We will gladly replace any unused defective product with the same product.

In the unlikely event of a defect please email Deeper Love at contactus@deeperlove.co.za and include your name, the name of the product, the order number and a brief explanation of what is wrong. Please note, you must email us within 4 days of receiving the product. We will respond with the return address and further instructions.

Please note that the defective product will be returned to the manufacturer for feedback and testing, if the product is found to be defective it will be replaced with the same product. The process may take anywhere from 2 – 4 weeks, as we are reliant on international shipping and postage times.

If a product is damaged in transit, or an incorrect product has been sent, please contact us within 2 days of receipt, (sending an email will be the quickest) and we will resolve the issue with haste. You will get a credit from us, or a replacement item that will be sent to you.

If the product is broken from misuse, Deeper Love reserves the right to not issue a replacement in this case.

This policy is to give peace of mind to our customers knowing that they will never be sold a previously returned, used or unwanted product.

Backordered Items
Occasionally, an item will be backordered from the manufacturer.
Our procedures for backorders are as follows:

– Standard procedure is that we will ship out the order without the backordered item, and then once the item arrives in stock, we will ship it out at no extra cost to you. Items usually arrive in stock within 1-3 weeks. If this is the case you will be notified my email.

– Sometimes we may hold the whole order and wait until the backordered product arrives, if it’s a matter of a few days, or request a substitution be made. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.

– If we have shipped out your order without the backordered product and it becomes temporarily unavailable, you will be refunded the amount of the item back to your credit card and we will notify you by email when you have been refunded.

– In all instances you will be notified of any back ordered items, or delays.

When you register as a member/ user on Deeper Love, you will create your own unique user ID (email address) and password. You agree that the user ID is only for your own personal use and you will not permit anyone else to use your user ID. You may not transfer your user ID to anyone else.

This website is run by Sugarberry Trading 491 CC based in South Africa trading as Deeper Love and with registration number 2009/070960/23.


Deeper Love reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason whatsoever.

Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. These may relate to product descriptions, physical sizes, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies or omissions at any time, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Should this change in data affect your order, products, or the cost of your order, we will inform you by email.

All fraudulent credit-card transactions (including charge-backs) will be dealt with full provision of law. We will follow all the legal recourse as provided in South Africa and Country of Order/Delivery will be fully utilized to book criminals participating in any type of Credit-Card Fraud.
